Chewy, Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chewy Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies (yummy!!)

Cream together:

• 1 1/4 c margy
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup b. sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 tsp vanilla

Mix together, and add to wet ingredients:

• 2 cups flour blend
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking pwd
• 1/2 tsp salt

Add 1 cup of chocolate chips (or more) to dough.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly buttered cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 for 8 – 10 minutes.  Overcooked – they will be crispy & dry; undercooked they are more fudgy.  Enjoy!
