Flour Blend for Baking

Flour Blend:

  • 6 cups rice flour (see shopping list for details on which to purchase)
  • 2 cups potato starch
  • 1 cup tapioca starch

Mix these ingredients together, and store for future use. This flour may be used in all gluten free baking, except bread.

Thank you, Thank you for your website. This strange new GF world is becoming easier to navigate thanks to your website and info. For the flour blend, and rice flour in general, is it all white, or mixed with brown? Can you mix the two at random or are there rules? ANY info would help!
