Easy Cake platter

Isn’t it beautiful?  lol  I thought of this years ago when I needed a quick cake platter, and I’ve never owned one in my life!  I find myself particularly genius at the moment, please don’t shatter my little bubble and tell me that Martha has been doing this since she was 3. 

• Grab nearest cutting board
• cover with nearest wrapping paper or tin foil
• cover that with seran wrap/ plastic wrap, use masking tape.
• Pat yourself on the back for being THE most coordinated party-planner ever!

(That is the last poor lonely cupcake from the birthday party on Wednesday – which had to join the other cupcake in a certain mommy’s tummy.)  teehee.

So what’s for supper tonight?  I was thinking Adobo and mashed potato casserole.
