Indoor/ Outdoor Menu

The weather in my part of the world is so nice, I don’t want to spend more time in the kitchen than I must! So this week I’m preparing a couple casseroles for chilly days. The toss-it-in-the-oven-and-go-play days. And the two at the end can be put on the barbecue or prepared under the broiler. Save the Taco recipe for that day when its so hot you dread turning on the oven.

Here’s the goods (new recipes will be added over the next couple days):

Pork Chops Casserole
While you’re cutting up potatoes, boil another batch for shepherd’s Pie tomorrow.

5 Ingredient Shepherd's Pie w/ Salad
Take out 2 pkg of your cooked & frozen ground beef. One to defrost in the fridge for tomorrow’s supper.

Taco's

Shell Pasta with Garlic alfredo Sauce – yum! Optional:add some cooked, cubed chicken
Take out a pkg of hamburger for tomorrow.

Homemade Hamburger Patties w/ Mom’s Potato Salad, naturally gluten-free (new)

You-re on your own Dinner (aka cereal night)

Easy Grilled Salmon (new), w/ rice, steamed broccoli with Cheese Sauce (new)

Enjoy!
