Banana Pops

  • 3 bananas, peeled & cut in half width-wise
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 6 popsicle sticks
  1. Microwave on high: chocolate chips & margarine. 30 seconds. Stir. Another 15 seconds on high. Scrape this onto the bottom of a container/ plate.
  2. Stab bananas with sticks.
  3. Roll bananas in chocolate so they are fully covered. (you don’t want the banana exposed to air.)
  4. Place on a piece of wax paper / parchment paper.
  5. Freeze.
  6. once frozen, remove from paper and store in air tight container. I’ve no idea how long they last – they’re gone in one serving at my house. :)
