We don’t say s***(pinach) around here. But even the kids will eat this! (Mommy too!) We have this pre-washed and torn baby spinach salad mix here. I found it last week (in my fridge – Mike did the shopping) – it is 3/4 baby spinach. Spinach does have a much stronger taste than iceberg lettuce, but when it is cold and crisp fresh, it is quite yummy.
- 4 cups or so pre-washed and torn baby s***(pinach)
- 1 pint strawberries, quartered
- Raspberry Vinaigrette
Toss & Serve.
