Menu Plan for this week – including nutritional info

It’s Menu Plan Monday, and I’m IN!  This week there are several people with GF menus, they are usually marked as such.

Reminder – I’m adding a good goal for this site from this week onwards, I am going to try to include the nutritional information for recipes and attempt to keep the fat calories lower, the fiber higher, and the complex carbs higher too.

#1:  Chicken Breast with Marinara Sauce, parmesan cheese, over brown rice pasta, peas and carrots.

#2:  Pork Tenderloin, oriental rice, tossed salad, and raw carrots.

#3:  Almond Chicken Salad

#4: Flank Steak, oriental rice, broccoli and cheese.

These are what I have planned so far for the week, a night of leftovers, and a couple nights for daddy to cook too.  His best recipes so far are roasted potatoes and vegetables, grilled chicken breast.

I will post the recipes later on today, as I have to run now!
