I love introducing my friends to gluten free goodies at holidays, because they all sympathize and tell me they feel sorry for me. They think I'm missing out on taste! It has been in the family for many generations! The best part is they are "Gluten Free"!I have two boys and would love to make the cookies with them. I have been recently diagnosed with Celiac (Feb.) so finding new products is always exciting! Thanks for sharing the name brand with us! It usually takes a bit of work to convert a recipe because the flours are so different. There is the standard substitutions: check out my flour blend, and then guar gum.
