I confess: I do my menu’s and shopping lists every TWO weeks, so instead of my crafty super-spy idea of separating it into two posts, here’s the regular un-crafty, super-easy way:
- Taco Seasoning & Recipe
- Chicken Marsala & Pasta (recipe to come…)
- Philippino Pork Dish: Adobo
- Fried Chicken Breasts & Mashed Potatoes
- 5 ingredient Shepherd’s Pie
- The best Lasagne!
- Warm Chicken Walnut salad
Week 2:
- Breakfast for supper (ie: Homemade Pancakes
- Cheeseburger Chowder
- Easiest Pork Tenderloin, EVER
- S&S Cabbage Casserole
- Chicken Alfredo w/ Pasta
- Sweet & Sour Chicken and Rice
- Spagetti with Ground Beef Sauce
PS – I do these meals in no particular order. But having a menu is very helpful because I have the ingredients on hand to make all of these, and I can pick one from the list on any particular day and make it! Except for the shepherd’s pie – I make that the day after I’ve made mashed potatoes.

This menu is full of great gluten free dishes! Thanks for the tip on what brand of onion soup mix is GF. Also, I love the sweet and sour sauce recipe! I can’t wait to make it.
We definitely Pancake Fans!
