My Best Recipes from 2008

  • Cheeseburger Chowder (January) I get lots of compliments on this every single time I make it.  And that means a lot ’cause usually we have to cajole them into tasting dinner.
  • February was a lean-posting month, so we’ll go with March’s Lasagne.  Yummy!
  • This is by far my favorite cake ever.  Berry Crunch Coffee Cake (April)
  • I was into easy-peasy in May, however I think this one wins the yummiest recipe:  BBQ Baked Chicken.
  • If you thought I didn’t do desserts you need to search through June’s recipes!  I had no idea how many desserts I had in here! lol  Our go-to cookie recipe is Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF).
  • Look up July for just under 10 salad recipes!  My favorite has got to be the Hot Seafood Caesar Salad.
  • Someone must have been sick in August, cause I was ALL about the contamination the whole month! My fave recipe is definitely Glazed Salmon Fillets.
  • This is still one my kids’ favorite lunch recipes The Skillet “Surprise” of all time.
  • And then we went light Easiest Pork Tenderloin, EVER!(October)
  • Coming Clean was the most popular post for y’all in 2008.  I’ll be sure to screw up more often.  ‘Cause I’m all about the readers.
  • This month was the first time DH had butter tarts in nearly 3 years, I love, love, love this recipe.

Are y’all going to be writing up your own lists?  Let me know in the comments, and I’ll be around to read ‘em and steal ‘em.  :D

Happy New Year’s!
