Congrats to Christine of Without Adornment: the quest to be myself. I’ll be shipping out this box of cookie mix on Friday, m’kay?
And to be clear – I have NOT tried this mix! some of you said you were going to give it a try, so you’ll have to let ME know how it goes! Unfortunately manufacturers aren’t pounding down my door to try new products. Maybe after ya’ll make me wildly popular? So I haven’t tried this mix, and I’m going to use Christine as the guinea pig. How are you with that, Christine? 
I’ll be keeping an eye on Christine’s blog to see if she posts a review of this company/ mix.

And so have my non Gluten Free Friends…but they didn’t know!
And everyone loves it!
Once when I made it it kinda crumbled, I don’t know what happened. But every other time it has been great.
The chocolate chip is good too. Very buttery tasting though.
I’m definitely game to try it! I’m quite excited as I love cookies! I’ll do my best to remember to post pictures.
