Welcome MPM readers! (Leave a comment at the giveaway post to enter the draw for the recipe organizer.)
Here are the 14 meals that I’m planning on… in no particular order. Cause a girl has a right to change her mind! (on the order at least)
- French Toast (obviously with gluten free bread)
- Lasagne
- Hot & Hearty Stew
- 5 ingredient Shepherd’s Pie
- Garlic Alfredo Sauce with Brown Rice Linguine and Chicken.
- Tacos
- Spagetti with Ground Beef Sauce
- BBQ Baked Chicken with rice, corn, and tossed salad
- Philippino Pork Dish: Adobo I’m going to try this with cubed pork tenderloin for a lower fat version. I’ll post the results.
- Oriental Beef Strips **New Recipe this week**
- Cheeseburger Chowder
- Shake ‘n’ Bake BBQ Glaze Chicken w/ rice and garden veggies*
- Rotisserie chicken from the local deli**
- Easiest Pork Tenderloin, EVER
* Kraft Shake and Bake BBQ Glaze (in Canada)is gluten free. All their ingredients that aren’t clear (ie: modified cornstarch)will state the source if it is from any gluten-containing source. For example, it will read ….modified cornstarch(from wheat)…. in the ingredient list. Make sense? Always read. Always call.
** Our local Save On More deli confirms that their rotisserie chicken is seasoned with salt only, inside and out. They have strict allergy policies meaning that separate tongs are used for the breaded chicken, and rotisserie chicken. Separate bags, separate gloves, the whole works. My hubby has eaten it for about a year without incident. I, however, have seen how close the chicken is under the counter, and I have my doubts of its purity. Always read. Always call. And then its really up to your comfort level with the risk involved.
Take care,
Cathy
