The I-don’t-Feel-Like-Cooking Menu

I wonder if I write enough ideas, I’ll feel like making one of them?  I doubt it, but here we go anyway:

  1. Nachos:  (real corn) tortilla chips (most are gluten free – just check!), cooked hmb, chopped veggies, shredded cheese, nuke in microwave 30 seconds!  Yummy
  2. Rotisserie Chicken from the deli, with baked (in the microwave)potatoes
  3. Hot Broccoli Dip  Again with tortilla chips.
  4. French Fry Scramble  except you DO need to have frozen french fries.  McD?  Ewwwwww.
  5. Breakfast for dinner – cereal, toast, eggs, my kids love this & so does Mommy!  :)
