Dual Mode Kitchen = Fail!

So we’ve tried the dual-mode thing for several months, and for at least the last month, there’s been a ‘mystery’ contaminant in hubby’s diet.  Yes, he’s eaten out, and yes, he eats prepared food sometimes – all purportedly gluten free.  And yes, I only cook gluten free when hubby’s home.  And of course, I don’t keep wheat, rye, barley or any gluten-containing flours in the house – nothing with powder that floats into the air and lands on my kitchen surfaces.

And yet, hubby’s sick.  Again.  And has been so for nearly a month.  So I’m in the process of moving our kitchen back to gluten-free.  I will still keep those packaged snacks that the girls can take to school.  But we need to clean everything.  And clean it well.  Just to be sure that his home is safe for his body.  I’m going back to the basics here:

Supper tonight: Spaghetti with caesar salad (Renee’s Gourmet Caesar Dressing) mixed veggies, brown rice noodles.
