  2. Spaghetti with Meat Sauce caesar salad, (use Renee’s Gluten Free Caesar Dressing), corn
  3. Skillet Surprise
  4. Shake ‘n’ Bake Chicken Pieces, tossed salad, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes
  5. Oriental Steak Strips
  6. Hot and Hearty Stew

LUNCH:

  1. Tuna Salad in brown rice wrap
  2. Ham & Cheese bagels
  3. Macaroni Salad w/ Ham & Cheese
  4. leftovers
  5. Campbell’s Ready to Serve Herbed Chicken and Brown Rice Soup
  6. Japanese GF Salad

BREAKY:

  1. Gluten Free Cold Cereal
  2. Fried eggs, and GF Toast / English Muffin
  3. Gluten Free Hot Cereal Or Hot Rice Cereal
  4. Broccoli Cheese Quiche
  5. Homemade Pancakes
  6. Fill-your-tummy smoothie

mpmAnd a question for you – if I entered each of my recipes at listpadit – a place where you can print recipes, menus, and it will create shopping lists, for FREE, would you find that helpful?  Not that I’m promising anything… :D
