Sometimes it is just down right mystifying how to feed a whole family on this diet. When we were first diagnosed, I had to leave the kids with their granny for a couple weeks. She needed a list of options! So here’s a basic menu with all three meals included.
DINNERS:
- Philippino Pork Dish: Adobo, brown rice, peas, coleslaw
- Spaghetti with Meat Sauce caesar salad, (use Renee’s Gluten Free Caesar Dressing), corn
- Skillet Surprise
- Shake ‘n’ Bake Chicken Pieces, tossed salad, roasted veggies, mashed potatoes
- Oriental Steak Strips
- Hot and Hearty Stew
LUNCH:
- Tuna Salad in brown rice wrap
- Ham & Cheese bagels
- Macaroni Salad w/ Ham & Cheese
- leftovers
- Campbell’s Ready to Serve Herbed Chicken and Brown Rice Soup
- Japanese GF Salad
BREAKY:
- Gluten Free Cold Cereal
- Fried eggs, and GF Toast / English Muffin
- Gluten Free Hot Cereal Or Hot Rice Cereal
- Broccoli Cheese Quiche
- Homemade Pancakes
- Fill-your-tummy smoothie
And a question for you – if I entered each of my recipes at listpadit – a place where you can print recipes, menus, and it will create shopping lists, for FREE, would you find that helpful? Not that I’m promising anything…
