So I’m soooooo behind on posting here it isn’t even funny. So I’m going to roll a bunch of posts into one update!
Some menu ideas for this week:
- NEW RECIPE: roasted salmon w/ Mango salsa
- Curried Chicken & Rice
- Macaroni & Cheese
- Sweet & Sour Sauce & Meal
- Roasted Chicken from the Rotisserie Deli
- Philippino Pork Dish: Adobo
And as a bonus – you have to try this new salad dressing from the Real Canadian Superstore, President’ Choice Raspberry Vinaigrette, blue menu. Not only does it come in the coolest slender tall bottle, but it tastes like pure raspberry freshness. Will work beautifully with my spinach salad recipe here.
And – did you know March is National Nutrition Month? Apparently, somebody somewhere declared it to be. So there ya have it. So here’s the hysterical part – you want to help your children become nutrition – happy? Just feed them the “Curried Bulgar and Beets” recipe I just received in the email…. ewwwwww. (that’s a joke – don’t feed anybody bulgar. Aside from its close-to-booger- name, it is a another form of wheat).
