Warm & Cozy casseroles – but no veggies made from roots, except carrots. I just don’t think that anything that lives underground, sucks nutrition from dirt should be eaten by humans. Except carrots. Thats entirely different. Don’t judge me. :)

Cheesy Thai Chowder with home made bread.
Curried Chicken and Rice with fresh salad
BBQ Apricot Pork Tenderloin with mashed potates and coleslaw
Chicken Alfredo with Rice Vermicelli
The very best Lasagne EVER
