This was the result of emptying out my fridge onto my plate, adding some Balsamic Vinaigrette. In a word – YUM.
Refreshing, simple, spring salad.
- baby romain leaves
- feta cheese, crumbled
- handful broken pecan pieces
- handful frozen blueberries
- 1/4 orange, peeled, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Toss together!
