Stevia sweetened Fruit Dip

I’m changing up some of my recipes so I’ll be posting on here a little more often. This time, we’re sweetening a very smooth, yummy fruit dip with stevia.

Fruit Dip Recipe

250g cream cheese, softened
1/2 Tbsp vanilla
4 Tbsp skim milk
equivalent to 3 tsp powdered stevia
food coloring – this also looks tres cute when dyed to match the party palette!

Whip together and refrigerate to let the flavors blend, 1 hour or more. Serve with berries and bananas – or any fruit!

Healthy Christmas Eve Appetizers & Cheese Balls Recipe

It just wouldn’t be me if I wasn’t running late and planning my Christmas Eve on Christmas Eve! No matter – these are yummy and made with ingredients on hand! Even better than that – these are all gluten free, sugar free, and easy-peasy!!

Hot Broccoli Dip with tortilla chips
no-bake cheese balls
Sweet & Sour Sauce – with mini meatballs
Stevia Sweetened Fruit Dip & fruit platter

Does that not say Christmas & FEED ME at the same time?

No-Bake Cheese Balls Recipe

1 pkg cream cheese, softened
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic pwd
1/4 tsp onion pwd or 2 green onions, finely chopped
crushed walnuts (optionally – used finely chopped fresh parsley or powdered paprika for Christmas colors)

Mix first 3 ingredients together. Refrigerate one hour. Shape into 1″ balls, and roll in nuts.

This is an absolutely divine evening time snack – whole raw pecans, homemade plain yogurt, with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of natural honey. Yummmmm.
