Baked Apples – Kids in the Kitchen!

So my daughter (9yrs old) has taken to baking (aka making a gigantic mess) in the kitchen.   And, with a lack of chocolate chips, cocoa powder, maple syrup, cream cheese, and half a dozen spices, what’s a girl to do?
We went for baked apples – in the microwave.
Per apple:

Favorite Dessert This week: Cheesecake!

In an instant of sheer brilliance, we purchased a frozen cheesecake for our daughter’s 9th birthday party.  It didn’t occur to me before this, that the cake might actually be gluten free! 1 cup sugar
1 egg

Stir together.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonful.
Press with sugared fork.
Cook 325 for 8 – 10 minutes.

Could it BE easier?
