Today’s favorite cookie: Peanut Butter

Yummmmmy.  My favorite cookie recipe is our Peanut Butter cookies, simply because they are so easy.  Even our 8 year old can make these, with a little help.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Stir together.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonful.
Press with sugared fork.
Cook 325 for 8 – 10 minutes.

Jumbo Raisin Cookies

This cookie took a bit of effort to get to its current condition.  You can read about it here.
And we come to a happy conclusion with effort NUMBER FOUR!!!!

Chewy, Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chewy Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies (yummy!!)
Cream together:

1 1/4 c margy
1 cup sugar
1 cup b. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla

Mix together, and add to wet ingredients:

2 cups flour blend
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking pwd
1/2 tsp salt

Add 1 cup of chocolate chips (or more) to dough.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly buttered cookie sheet.  Bake [...]
