Today’s favorite cookie: Peanut Butter

Yummmmmy.  My favorite cookie recipe is our Peanut Butter cookies, simply because they are so easy.  Even our 8 year old can make these, with a little help.

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Stir together.
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet by teaspoonful.
Press with sugared fork.
Cook 325 for 8 – 10 minutes.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF)

These taste fantastic!  I prefer to use the old fashioned Bette Hagman flour blend (all white rice flour) as opposed to the more fibre-ous options.  These cookies are fabulous and not to sweet.  Not too peanut-ty either.

1 cup margarine or butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar

Baker’s Chocolate Chip Cookies (GF)

On the back of the Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate chips, there is(used to be) a recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies. And it was just the perfect, award winning all-American Chocolate Chip Cookie. Chewy, Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chewy Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies (yummy!!)
Cream together:

1 1/4 c margy
1 cup sugar
1 cup b. sugar
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla

Mix together, and add to wet ingredients:

2 cups flour blend
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking pwd
1/2 tsp salt
