Beef Stroganof over Noodles

My (in)famously easy-peasy recipes.  It is a sure fire hit with the kids as long as the mushroom pieces aren’t visible.  And with Campbell’s Premium Ready-to-Serve tetri packs in Canada, the mushrooms are teeny tiny.  Which suits my don’t-know-better kids and their mother too.  This is the perfect meal for a surprise dinner guest as [...]

Cheese Sauce

This makes nearly 2 cups of cheese sauce.  We use it to coat macaroni, broccoli, and as a dip! Yum, yum!

1.5 cups milk
4 Tbsp corn starch
1 cup grated cheddar
1 tsp chicken bullion, salt & pepper to taste, pinch thyme

Directions:

Whisk all this together in a microwavable bowl.
Microwave for 2.5 minutes, whisking well after each .5 minute.

Enjoy!

4 Tablespoons of real mayonnaise
4 dashes of garlic powder (I don’t use [...]

GF homemade bread mix

Don’t ya hate making bread every day?  Ugg.  I sure do.  But gotta be done, so here’s a way to make it easier:
