Comforting Rice Casserole

I love this combination with mushroom soup and onion soup mix – creamy, comforting, with a little onion zing.  Yummy.

1 large can prepared GF mushroom soup
1 pkg onion soup mix
1/2 can of rice
1/2 can of water (extra 1/4 can of water if brown rice)

Stir all of it up.
Pour into casserole dish.

Swedish Meatballs

This recipe classifies as “easy peasy” if you have the meatballs ready-made and frozen.  The kids just love anything with meatballs in it, so its all good!

can of ready-to-serve mushroom soup mix
1 celery stalk, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes
