		<description>My husband and I loved this!  We added chicken and broccoli to it one night, on another night we just had it plain, it was yummy on both days.  I was afraid it was going to be too rich for me but hey, I just used a little less sauce.
I did use light cream cheese, and light soy milk (cause that&#039;s what I had).
One batch fed this family of two many, times and I&#039;m going to try and freeze some right now.  Next time I will try and cut the recipe down.

Thank you for a tasty...and oh so easy meal!!
