Hmmm. Well, I did check was it 4 years ago already? lol I will definitely check again. The labels for the US are different than in Canada though, so I'd be leary of anything you read on a product's USA website. Worcestershire is a big loss, IMO. :)

And, unfortunately - I found this a shocker - nutritionists do not always know the products they recommend. They don't know the ingredients, but they know the carbs, protein, vitamins & minerals content of most items. But of course the ingredient list changes so often - how could they know? I would check for SURE on ALL soy sauces. It is rare that the 3rd or 4th ingredient is not wheat gluten.

Glad you're finding Strawberries useful!! If there's anything you'd like to see covered let me know - I'm always looking for ideas! :)

Did you check with Heinz? They're web page still shows that their Worcestershire is gluten-free in both Canada and the US. http://www.heinz.com/glutenfree/products.html

And unless they've changed recently (and you're right, companies do that -way- too often), I've found most of the Better Than Bullion jars are gluten-free, and Bragg's Soy Sauce was actually recommended to me by a nutritionist. I've had no trouble with any of them so far. :)

Really appreciate your site; it can be so hard to find information for Canadian products and restaurants.
