Do you do gluten-free oats in your house? The first time we tried them, Mike got very sick. But at the time we weren’t sure if it was truly associated with the oat intake. So the oats went into the freezer for six months or so. This was about a year ago. Since then we’ve used oats in baking cookies, and crumb topping without any reaction whatsoever.
