This is an Eat to Live suitable recipe as well as simply delicious! This is from Dr. Oz and should not be adopted – at least not in the way I did. So when they say Cayenne pepper, I promise they do not mean any red powder in the cupboard. For example, um, Chili Pepper. They do not mean chili pepper. Just sayin’.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c mamgo
- 1 c blueberries
- 1 1/2 c coconut water (if I dont have it, I use water)
- 1 c kale (or spinach - I use whichever)
- 1 Tbsp lemon
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
- Blend!
