Ingredients:
- 500 g, each: cubed pork & chicken,
- 4 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 c soy sauce (See the GF shopping list)
- 3 Tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 tsp whole peppercorn (pick these out of the children’s servings)
- 2 Tbsp b. sugar
- 2 bay leaves
- Fry pork & chicken together until browned. A little olive oil may be necessary.
- Add all ingredients together.
- Cover, and simmer on low for 10 – 20 minutes, until meat is tender.
- Remove lid, and boil down sauce until thick – another 5 – 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice. Yum!
