I love this recipe as the cabbage sweetens the whole thing, and gives it a sweet and sour tang. And the kids don’t usually mind the itty bitty bits of cabbage either.
Ingredients:
- 2 c shredded cabbage
- 1 c shredded carrot
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- ground beef, scramble fried
- 1 jar 7 vegetable pasta sauce
- 2 c cooked rice
Instructions:
- Mix it all together in 4 quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake 1 hour, 350°F.
How easy is that? Add a salad, and voila: dinner!
