- 4 cups cooked macaroni
- 1.5 cups milk
- 4 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 tsp chicken bullion, salt & pepper to taste, pinch thyme
- while macaroni is cooking, mix all sauce ingredients together except the cheese.
- Microwave on high 2-2.5 minutes, whisking well after each 30 seconds.
- Add cheese and stir to melt.
- Add to the macaroni – and voila! Mac & Cheese – and better than kraft!
