Macaroni & Cheese

  • 4 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp chicken bullion, salt & pepper to taste, pinch thyme
  1. while macaroni is cooking, mix all sauce ingredients together except the cheese.
  2. Microwave on high 2-2.5 minutes, whisking well after each 30 seconds.
  3. Add cheese and stir to melt.
  4. Add to the macaroni – and voila!  Mac & Cheese – and better than kraft!
