Tuna Salad

  • 1 can (170 g) light tuna packed in water, drained (my kitty loves tuna “juice”!)
  • Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise to taste (I use a scant 1/4 cup, and I use the “light” version)
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • TONS of chopped dill pickles – my favorite! I suppose it could be optional, if you are one of THOSE people.
  1. Combine ingredients with a fork. Never store any goods in their cans.

Serve: My kids like this cold on rice cakes, or heated on a rice cake smothered in cheddar cheese.
