This makes nearly 2 cups of cheese sauce. We use it to coat macaroni, broccoli, and as a dip! Yum, yum!
- 1.5 cups milk
- 4 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 1 tsp chicken bullion, salt & pepper to taste, pinch thyme
Directions:
- Whisk all this together in a microwavable bowl.
- Microwave for 2.5 minutes, whisking well after each .5 minute.
