Cheese Sauce

This makes nearly 2 cups of cheese sauce.  We use it to coat macaroni, broccoli, and as a dip! Yum, yum!

  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 4 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 tsp chicken bullion, salt & pepper to taste, pinch thyme


  1. Whisk all this together in a microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave for 2.5 minutes, whisking well after each .5 minute.
