Hot Broccoli Dip /makes a quick meal too!

From a Pampered Chef Demo (they have THE best garlic press, by the way.)


  • 1 head broccoli, chopped (I use 4 cups frozen)
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (Real Hellman’s Mayo in Canada is GF)
  • 1 cup cheddar, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic (i use 3 ), minced
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bag tortilla chips


  1. Mix all together
  2. Bake @350° for 20-25 minutes
  3. Serve hot with chips for dipping.
