This recipe classifies as “easy peasy” if you have the meatballs ready-made and frozen. The kids just love anything with meatballs in it, so its all good!
- can of ready-to-serve mushroom soup mix
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- place everything in a roasting/ casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour or until it is heated through.
- Serve with rice.
