Chili {Eat to Live Recipe}


  • 3 c chopped onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 gr bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 c diced tomatoes (1 28oz can)
  • 1 1/2 c black beans (15 oz can)
  • 3 c red kidney beans (2 x 15oz cans)
  • 2 c frozen corn
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin


  1. Sautee onions, garlic, peppers until golden.
  2. Add the rest and simmer 20+ min.
