Go-To Breakfast Smoothie {Eat to Live Recipe}

I like this, the girls like this and it doesn’t contain any ‘funny’ tastes ie: almond milk.

Go-To Breakfast Smoothie {Eat to Live Recipe}

Ingredients

  • 2 c frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 bananas (2 will create thicker shake)
  • large dash lemon juice
  • dash cinnamon
  • 3 cups packed spinach
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • Water to desired consistency

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in the order listed.
  2. Blend to desired consistency. Start with 1 cup water. And add as needed.
  3. PS - you cannot taste the spinach!
