Taco Seasoning: Your own gluten free taco seasoning is easy to make with:

  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp each: cumin, garlic pwd, paprika, oregano, sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

TIP: double this recipe, put in a sealable container, and add to ground beef whenever you want tacos. I use very little, as my family is not big on spicey foods.

  • Soft or hard corn taco shells. Read labels carefully – most hard shells are gluten-free.
  • ground beef, seasoned with GF seasoning – such as one above
  • lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese
  • sour cream, chili sauce (gluten-free from NoName)
