Delicious Mango Blueberry Smoothie & One Ingredient That Should Never Be In It

This is an Eat to Live suitable recipe as well as simply delicious!  This is from Dr. Oz and should not be adopted – at least not in the way I did. So when they say Cayenne pepper, I promise they do not mean any red powder in the cupboard. For example, um, Chili Pepper. They do not mean chili pepper. Just sayin’.

Delicious Mango Blueberry Smoothie & One Ingredient That Should Never Be In It

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c mamgo
  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1 1/2 c coconut water (if I dont have it, I use water)
  • 1 c kale (or spinach - I use whichever)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend!
