Starbucks Replacement Ideas – Orange Cocoa

Orange Cocoa
Makes 3 servings:

2 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp sugar
3/4 c boiling water
grated rind of 1/2 orange
2 c milk
whipped cream
extra lemon or orange rind for garnish

Directions:

In saucepan, combine cocoa, sugar, and hot water.  Sir to combine.
Add grated orange rind.
Add milk, heat over medium low heat until piping hot.
Strain.  Garnish, if desired. Serve.
