Great blog ya have here. I will be sharing it with a friend who is going GFCF.
thank you!
I found your web site when in a panic to find meal idea’s for my
Father-in-law who was coming to stay with us for a couple of weeks. The first one I tried was your Pulled Pork. Well it was love at first bite. We all loved it so much I made it twice while they were with us. While researching info for my Father-in-Law I had a realization that many of the things I was reading were symptoms I have been having over the past couple of years. I have now put myself on a gluten free diet in hopes of feeling better. I am so very thankful for your helpful tips and wonderful recipes.
Jen – this note made my day! Thank you so much for telling me about this. I will keep posting the things I find out, and the recipes that we try. I wish you the best of health in this journey! And many, many kudos to you for cooking gluten free for two weeks!! WOW!
