The edible Vancouver magazine arrived at my door last week – and it is nothing short of a piece of art. I adore this magazine – everything about it. The art and photographs are modern and beautiful. The ads are relevant and compelling. The articles are so hilarious – seriously – FUN to read articles on things that matter.
And I’m not done raving yet.
The paper is thick, and recycled, and smooth to touch. I just want to cuddle with it. The fonts – modern, cool, readable. The articles – intriguing, FUN, down to earth, and yet always that one step ahead that drives me to be just a little bit more food conscious.
Have I convinced you to subscribe? There’s one caveat. It is relevant to those in the lower mainland – Okanagan area. But mostly the lower mainland part of BC. It is a local magazine.
Their slogan sums it up nicely. And succinctly – have I said its succinct? no fluff. Except for where fluff is funny and intriguing – seriously – writers who can talk about beet greens and make it entertaining? I’m in awe!
So if you have an Edible WHATEVERCITY magazine in your area – snatch it up quickly!! You wont regret it!
